Acapulco is by far the ULTIMATE SPRING BREAK EXPERIENCE! I thought I was quite the 'party veteran' before I went down there and ended up getting absolutely destroyed. Every day we partied by the Playa Suites pool and every night partied VIP with bottle service at amazing nightclubs like El Alebrije, Disco Beach, Palladium and Mandara. I don't remember it too well, but the pictures I have are evidence enough that I had the time of my life. My biggest complaint was that I got talked into the belly flop contest by Tonya (Real World) and ended up bruising my forehead on the pool. Here's a safety tip for all you people that like drink your meals on spring break: NO BELLY FLOPS IN THE PLAYA SUITES POOL!

StudentCity was awesome throughout the entire trip. Wherever we went, whether it be out to eat, to a club to party, or even out shopping around Acapulco, there was always a StudentCity representative close by in case we needed anything. It really made you feel safe, because you never know what may happen in a foreign country. The last day of my trip was a nightmare. Our flight got delayed for twenty seven hours, and then the hotel we were staying at caught on fire. Before the fire, StudentCity gave us free passes to go back out to the club for an extra night since we were stuck in Mexico. They could've just bussed us to the airport and said good luck. The fire occurred at five a.m. the next day. StudentCity spent all that day figuring out ways to accommodate us. They eventually set everyone up in a local club and gave us free food and drink. They later got us to the airport for our flight and found another all-inclusive resort for the spring breakers that had just arrived. They were phenomenal.

Acapulco was amazing. The clubs were incredible. The treatment of the Studentcity staff was first class. They handled any problems professionally. Studentcity had the best party packages and events lined up. The day parties were off the hook. The booze cruise was crazy and all the girls were hot. Im coming back next year for sure.

Putting the fire aside...
Clubs were great, hands down.
Food at the hotel and the restaurants was subpar, but it is definately do-able.
Student City Staff assured travelers there would be a performing artist, going as far as telling us the night of the event, somebody was coming. NOBODY came.

Acapulco is absolutely amazing!!! Even that is an understatement. I never thought anything could be that much fun. From relaxing at the pool and beach all day, to partying it up at the clubs all night, there was never a dull moment. I can't wait for Spring Break Acapulco '09

a 5 outta 5 isn't even a High enough rating for Acapuclo!!! I'd say its probably more like a 12!! I'm quite the Party girl and My life is always crazy fun..But let me just say that a week in Acapuclo was by far the BEST WEEK OF MY LIFE!!! I didn't konw what to expect but it exceeded my expectations for sure!! This is the place to get the ULTIMATE Spring Break Experience without a doubt!! I feel bad for anyone who doesn't go to aca at least once in their college years because they are definately missing out! Playa Suites is the place to be..MAXIM Break was awesome, The Beach...Great!, waking up to House music everyday...BEST!..and The Clubs...SICKKKKKK. but Watch out for the DEVIL! I do recommend all-inclusive..didnt have it last year and survived but it makes it wayy easier to get drinks all day long with it! Def Don't expect to sleep much...but I feel like Aca gives you super powers to dance and party all day and night and never get tired so no fear! Also I felt completely safe...
Student City staff rocks and so does Walking right into the DJ AM with student city wrist bands while everyone else had to wait 2 hrs to get in!!
Seriously the most amazing place, i regret waiting till my 3rd year to go for the first time!! :)

The best. There is nothing that compares to spring break in Acapulco. It is absolutely incredible. If you like going out to amazing clubs every night and partying until 8 o'clock in the morning, then this is your place. Great food, superior nightlife, decent hotels, the most incredible villas you've ever seen, the biggest party you'll ever go to, pastor, the best sandwich of your life (if you go you have to get a torta combinada from Tortas Diana)... This place is just amazing. If it's your last spring break and you've never been, this is where you should go.

Hands down the best meal plan on spring break. It's 5-10 different restaurants a night, and I could live on Tacos & Beer every day for the rest of my life, and the happiest, fattest person on the planet. I bartered a shirt last year for an apron, and it's hanging on my wall right now. Some of the restaurants fill you up more than others, but they all serve quality food. If you don't have all-inclusive, you'll still eat really well (and in some cases better!) with our meal plan in Acapulco. Try the crispy chicken at Paradise, anything at Tacos & Beer, and the tacos at Sonora Steaks.

The clubs are AMAZING!! It's definately a non stop party in Acapulco! My only suggestion is that if you are going to stay at Playa Suites you should get the all-inclusive option for sure! It was also very hot there because it is so far south, but it's still a blast! You have to be ready to drink all day and night and don't expect much time for sleep! The American Eagle set up with the hammocks and giveaways was really cool. The party package was also insane, I got to see DJ AM, Fat Joe and met a few of the guys from The Real World all in one week...couldn't have asked for a crazier week!!!

By far the best place to get the Ultimate Spring Break Experience. From the clubs, to the hotels, to the locals. You really get the feeling you are in a totally different world that you'll never want to leave. Clubs Incredible!!!! Hotels are crazy fun but only good for passing out and spooning w/ your clothes on. You're on Spring Break so you won't be in your hotel all that much. Your main concern should be the pool scene at your hotel and the best one is by far the Playa Suites, then Copacabanna, Romano Palace, and the Tortuga.
The locals are great and love spring breakers. take the time to meet the locals and be respectful. You will meet some of the nicest, considerate, beautiful, respectable people in Acapulco. Experience the city too. Leave your hotel a few times while in Acapulco to do excursions or go shopping. There are great dive bars and restaurants that have wonderful food and service. Thats all I got for now, it's 3 am and I have a huge day on campus at U of Illinois tomorrow. Go to ACAPULCO you won't regret it!!!!

Aca is the by far and away the most intense place to party in North America. I've gone there the last three years with SCC and let me tell you...... Sickkkkkkk. The clubs are so out of control I almost lost my mind. There are so many Studentcity kids everywhere I didn't see my boys I went down with for a week. It was Crazy. Also, I fell in love with the chicks on the Studentcity staff. They would help me everyday (sorry girls, i was having too much fun). Playa Suites Spring Break 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's on again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

best place on the planet. don't listen to what people say about it being unsafe. the people in acapulco are some of the nicest i've ever met and had the chance to hang out with. i would consider buying a private jet to eat at barbarroja every night. if you can't afford the all-inclusive, the dine around meal plan is the best by far. and if you can stay in playa suites, be ready to wake up every morning at 9am to music blasting ... it doesn't matter if you didn't sleep, you'll do it all over again anyway every day and then miss it when you're gone. not for the faint hearted or those who don't get down with the fist pump. if you want to sleep don't go to aca!!!!!
